The Role

GM is seeking an experienced Product Manager to support workplace modernization and AI-enabled workflow transformation in a large enterprise environment. This role combines strong product management discipline with deep product expertise to help the organization understand, position, adopt, and realize value from new technology.

This role will work closely with the engineering team, product vendors, and other product managers to ensure the organization has the product information, context, and guidance needed to successfully drive product adoption at enterprise scale. A critical part of this role is representing the product to end users through clear communications, demonstrations, role-based explanations, and practical use guidance that help audiences with little or no prior experience understand the product's capabilities, value, and real-world application, while also ensuring product decisions, priorities, and enhancements are grounded in business value, user needs, and enterprise goals.

What You'll Do
  • Clearly document, communicate, and explain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for new SaaS capabilities supporting workplace modernization and AI-enabled workflow transformation,
  • Serve as the product expert and spokesperson for the platform, building deep knowledge of features, workflows, roadmap direction, implementation considerations, and business value.
  • Gather and analyze business and user needs, operational challenges, and product opportunities, and translate them into user stories, use cases, product requirements, and actionable product recommendations.
  • Influence backlog priorities and feature enhancement decisions with engineering and other cross-functional teams based on business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, enterprise priorities, and business feedback gathered as the voice of the product.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, support, vendors, and business stakeholders to align product goals, delivery priorities, and rollout plans.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and product, user, and business research to identify opportunities, threats, gaps, risks, and improvement areas, and use those insights to explain product value and strengthen enterprise fit.
  • Partner with SaaS providers and internal stakeholders to stay current on product capabilities, roadmap updates, support materials, implementation considerations, and emerging opportunities.
  • Present to large and diverse audiences with confidence, translating complex product capabilities and technical concepts into clear, relevant, and actionable information.
  • Introduce new product capabilities to audiences with little or no prior experience through presentations, demonstrations, walkthroughs, and tailored explanations based on business function, role, and level of technical understanding.
  • Analyze target audiences, stakeholder feedback, and relevant usage or readiness data to identify barriers, knowledge gaps, and business needs that influence product adoption and value realization.
  • Work closely with UX and related teams to support intuitive user experiences, clear workflows, and practical product application across business scenarios.
  • Support readiness and rollout planning by aligning product capabilities, business requirements, stakeholder expectations, and enterprise priorities.
  • Support go-to-market strategy and coordinate product launches and rollout activities with cross-functional teams to support successful introduction of new capabilities into production and sustainment.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, roadmap direction, and enhancement plans to stakeholders across the organization, including leaders, partners, and impacted user groups.
  • Provide a continuous feedback loop from users to engineering and product partners to inform backlog priorities, enhancement opportunities, and future product decisions.
  • Identify product, process, and usage improvements that strengthen business outcomes, improve user experience, and increase adoption.
  • Define and monitor key success measures, including OKRs, KPIs, adoption signals, deployment success measures, stakeholder feedback, and usage trends, to evaluate product performance and inform future decisions.
  • Conduct post-launch analysis to assess product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous iteration based on feedback, business goals, and evolving needs.
  • Partner with Change Management, Enablement, and End User Testing teams to align product communications, rollout planning, and recommended usage patterns with product capabilities, likely business impacts, and enterprise adoption needs.
  • Lead complex cross-functional efforts with strong ownership, quality, and follow-through, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and stronger enterprise adoption.
