Senior Product Manager - eStore Common App

Position Summary:

The Senior Product Manager - eStore Common App (eCA) leads the strategic vision, roadmap, and ongoing evolution of the eStore Common Application platform and its supporting digital capabilities. This role is responsible for driving digital account opening and lending experiences that align with business objectives, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. Serving as the primary business owner and subject matter expert for the eCA platform, the Senior Product Manager partners with business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions that advance the organization's digital banking strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap Management: Own and manage the eStore Common App product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements, new capabilities, and strategic initiatives. Lead product development efforts from concept through implementation, ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value and support organizational goals.

Platform Ownership & Optimization: Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for the eCA platform. Oversee ongoing performance monitoring, optimization, and enhancement of digital account opening and lending experiences to improve customer engagement, operational efficiency, and conversion outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, compliance partners, and digital channel leaders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure successful delivery of product enhancements. Facilitate alignment across teams while balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.

Integration & Vendor Management: Lead the management of third-party integrations and vendor relationships supporting the eCA ecosystem. Coordinate integration planning, implementation, testing, and ongoing support to ensure solutions meet performance, security, operational, and compliance standards.

Product Delivery & Performance Management: Monitor product performance, adoption, and operational effectiveness through key metrics and customer feedback. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive initiatives that enhance the user experience and maximize business results.

Position Title: Senior Product Manager - Digital Channels

Business Unit: Retail Operations

Reports to: Manager - Digital Channels & Payments

Position Overview:

This position is primarily responsible for supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of the online account opening product. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the corporate website as well as digital channels and payment strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for providing project support to the department management team and will assist with overseeing the timely and accurate implementation and administration of activities related to the Online Account Opening solution and third-party integrations.

Collaborates with the management team and other line of business department to design, develop and implement online account opening.

Performs User Acceptance Testing for digital products and releases.

Assists with analysis of processes and makes recommendations to management for streamlining functions, improving efficiency and enhancing the accuracy and quality of work.

Assists with content management and optimization of corporate website properties and the oversight of day-to-day maintenance, future enhancements, content improvement and overall site integrity while utilizing SiteCore - our content management system.

Responsible for a variety of other job duties, such as assisting with all troubleshooting and testing of Digital Channel products/services.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
