Role SummaryAt Eko, the ability to listen is the ability to care. We're improving on the stethoscope already in every clinician's hand and making it the front end of an intelligent software-and-AI platform - and health systems are how we bring it to patients at scale.
As Senior Product Manager, Enterprise, you'll own the SENSORA platform, telehealth, and the integrations, dashboards, and governance that take a health system from a flagged exam to the right patient, in the right system, with the loop closed. Your job is enterprise software clinicians actually want - capture in seconds, results that land where they belong, and dashboards that show the value - not another tool IT forces on them. You'll own integration, security, and analytics end-to-end, and translate what large systems need into a crisp, prioritized backlog for web and platform engineering.
Essential Functions- Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for your area - and the outcomes it's measured by.
- Live with clinicians and customers; let real workflows, not opinions, drive what you build.
- Turn strategy into a sharp, prioritized backlog and build it shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering and Design.
- Own the whole lifecycle - discovery to launch to iteration - and sweat the craft so the product is genuinely delightful to use.
- Partner across Data Science/AI, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, navigating FDA-regulated development along the way.
- Own EHR integration and interoperability (HL7 v2, FHIR, SMART on FHIR) so results land where clinicians work.
- Make enterprise security, data governance, and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2) product strengths, not afterthoughts.
- Own the dashboards and analytics that close the loop - detected, flagged, tested, confirmed - and prove ROI to each system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Note: Job duties may change at any time with or without notice.

- Experience with dashboards, reporting, or analytics products.
