Full Job Description
We are immediately hiring a Senior Product Manager, Curation with programmatic advertising experience to join our growing team in Redwood City or New York on a hybrid schedule.
This role will focus on creating industry leading capabilities in our Connect platform, specifically enhancing functionality for Curators.
The ideal candidate is passionate about innovation and problem-solving. You will balance building new, innovative solutions, while improving our existing capabilities. Experience managing product delivery for audience, contextual, or inventory selection capabilities in programmatic advertising products is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Vision & Strategy: Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Curation
• Product Success: Identify product opportunities, gather requirements, define specifications and key metrics, and collaborate with engineering, commercial teams, and product marketing to achieve goals
• User Insights: Be the authority on how curators use our Connect platform by collecting and synthesizing feedback from our clients and internal teams
• Product Enhancement: Enhance product capabilities to support both curation and marketplaces of auction packages, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the Connect platform
• Competitive Analysis: Perform competitive analysis and use insights to drive prioritization decisions
• Roadmap Communication: Support and communicate a clear product roadmap to clients, internal teams, and company executives
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to determine feature prioritization and manage the development backlog
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of B2B product management experience
• 3+ years of recent experience in programmatic advertising
• Familiarity with general technical concepts in programmatic advertising
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven product management track record
• Fast learner, curious problem solver, and team player
Compensation And Benefits:
Base + Bonus Compensation Range: $200,000 - $210,000
In accordance with applicable law, the above salary range provided is PubMatic's reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units and a competitive benefits package.
