Full Job Description
We believe the best clinical tool is one that disappears into the background of a care session. This role exists to build toward that - creating clinical workflows that are fast, intuitive, and designed around the clinician's day, so every session can truly be their best work. We are investing in a clinical platform that removes administrative burden, connects the right systems, and gives clinicians the space to focus on what they do best: caring for people.
You will be our first dedicated clinical PM, owning the full clinical product surface: our EHR (NextGen), external platform integrations, self-built clinical tooling, and the interface with clinical operations. You will consolidate fragmented roadmaps, establish a product-led practice, and build toward a clinical platform that connects every clinician to the tools they need to give every person the best outcome. If you are energized by the idea that great product work can directly improve someone's mental health care, this role was built for you.
Our Pillars
Make things easier.
Forge genuine connections.
Elevate the standard.
What You'll Do
Design a vision for world-class clinical experience - thinking in ecosystems across the full clinician journey, not isolated features, and asking what we would build if we were not constrained by what already exists.
Own the clinical systems roadmap: work closely with our clinical, operations and care teams to define priorities and success metrics.
Establish product governance - act as the buffer between clinical stakeholders and engineering, and ensure priorities are set by measured impact.
Evaluate AI and third-party tools with rigor: define evaluation criteria, assess build vs. configure vs. buy for every initiative, and apply solutions where they genuinely give clinicians time back - not as a default.
Measure the benefit in terms that matter where every initiative has a baseline before and after: time saved per session, reduction in non-billable administrative hours, billed hours unlocked, and clinical outcomes improved.
Work across the full spectrum of clinical delivery - from optimizing workflows inside NextGen (templates, task routing, clinical documentation) to designing integrations that extend the EHR into our broader ecosystem, to scoping and building net-new clinical tooling where no off-the-shelf solution exists.
Own the integration layer between our clinical tools - Blueprint, NextGen, and any custom-built surfaces - ensuring they work together as a coherent system rather than a set of disconnected point solutions that clinicians must manually bridge.
Build clinical safety into the practice from the start - understand where our tooling intersects with client safety and ensure speed of delivery never comes at the cost of clinical integrity.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in healthcare or clinical tools.
Preferred hands-on EHR experience - you know how they work, where they are configurable, and where they need a build-around. [NextGen, Epic, AdvancedMD or Athena]
Familiarity with healthcare systems integration (HL7, FHIR, API-based) and the judgment to know what belongs natively in an EHR vs. an external layer.
A track record of building product practice from scratch - creating structure, earning trust, and delivering measurable improvement.
AI literacy applied practically: you can evaluate tools, assess clinical risk and integration complexity, and make informed decisions.
The ability to quantify benefits concretely to measure outcomes: saved time, recovered hours, improved throughput.
Direct clinical or clinical operations background preferred. Experience in behavioral health is a plus.
Why This Role
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at a company that is early in building a proper clinical product function which means you will shape it rather than inherit it. You will have genuine authority over the clinical roadmap, a direct line to the Head of Product, and the opportunity to build something the clinical team has not had before: a platform they actually want to use.
Benefits
W2 role with competitive compensation
Medical, Dental and Vision on the first of the month after employment
Paid Vacation, Sick, and Holiday time
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential counseling services, resources, and support to help you navigate personal or professional challenges.
401(k) plan with company contribution
Opportunity to work in a cutting-edge healthcare technology environment
Professional development opportunities and training
Collaborative and supportive work culture
Impactful role contributing to the enhancement of patient care and healthcare processes
$150,000 - $160,000 a year
