This is a remote position.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead cross-functional product initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy and operational goals. You will oversee enhancements and integrations that advance clinical care management and enterprise technology solutions.
You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and collaborate across clinical platforms, telephony, data systems, and enterprise architecture. Acting as a liaison between business and technology teams, you will support transformation efforts, improve operational reliability, and partner with Agile teams to deliver enhancements and continuous improvement. You will report to an Associate Director.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage product enhancements that support clinical care management and business operations.
- Partner with business leaders and delivery teams to define priorities, requirements, and implementation plans.
- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables remain on track.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate recommendations that support informed business decisions.
- Prepare clear project updates, status reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholders.
- Evaluate business needs and recommend process improvements that improve efficiency and the customer experience.
- Collaborate with technology partners to support product enhancements, system updates, and issue resolution.
- Assist with planning for new products, business initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Support product adoption by documenting requirements, coordinating testing, and validating business outcomes.
- Promote consistent processes and continuous improvement across product initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 1+ year in clinical management systems, or 5+ years in Product Management
- 1+ year with Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools to manage features, stories, and decisions
- Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to 3+ audiences (executive, technical, business) through written and verbal updates on a weekly or sprint-based cadence
- Record of leading 2+ cross-functional initiatives spanning technology and business domains, coordinating teams to deliver measurable outcomes
- Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings, PI planning events, and formal presentations for 10 to 100+ stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in business or healthcare
- 1-2 years supporting Medicare and/or Medicaid programs (Special Needs Plans and state Medicaid Care Management), documenting requirements across system build, configuration, or enhancement projects
- Active Epic certification(s) or hands-on Epic experience
- Certified Product Manager (CPM), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or equivalent certification
- Demonstrated success balancing strategic vision with operational execution in growth-oriented environments
Additional Information:
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% (annually) for partner engagement and product projects.
- Typical Workdays/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST or CST with some weekend hours required

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$104,000 - $143,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
