Job DescriptionAI Product Manager - Business Process AutomationOverview
We're seeking an AI Product Manager to lead the development of intelligent solutions that automate and enhance business processes, workflows, and decision-making. In this role, you'll partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional technical teams to define requirements, prioritize product initiatives, and deliver AI-powered solutions that drive measurable business value.
You'll work in an Agile environment using Azure DevOps and collaborate closely with software developers, data analysts, and business analysts throughout the product lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve business operations.
- Gather and document business requirements, product requirements, and process workflows.
- Create and manage Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage product backlogs, features, and sprint priorities within Azure DevOps.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops.
- Develop business process maps, workflow diagrams, and future-state process designs.
- Partner with developers, data analysts, and business analysts to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of Product Management, Product Owner, or Business Analysis experience.
- Experience delivering technology solutions in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management and work tracking.
- Experience writing BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong business process mapping and workflow documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence teams.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Product certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, or equivalent.
