Siemens Asset Management Software, is transforming the way organizations plan, manage, and optimize the full lifecycle of their assets. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI & Asset Lifecycle to help shape AI-enabled decision intelligence solutions for asset-intensive organizations. This position will be remotely based in the United States.

Job Requirements

  • Owning the end-to-end product lifecycle for capital planning, modeling, forecasting, and AI-powered decision intelligence solutions within the Asset & Maintenance portfolio.
  • Defining and championing a multi-year product vision and roadmap that translates asset management challenges into measurable product outcomes.
  • Guiding the evolution toward an intelligent Asset Management platform that incorporates machine learning, LLM-assisted workflows, and asset performance insights.
  • Partnering with UX/Design, Engineering, Commercial, Client Services, Professional Services, Reporting & Analytics, Sales, and Marketing to deliver intuitive, trustworthy, market-ready solutions.
  • Engaging directly with clients, advisory boards, and industry stakeholders to validate concepts, test AI-enabled capabilities, and bring the voice of the customer into product decisions.
  • Representing Asset Management Software in customer conversations, late-stage opportunities, and industry events to advance responsible AI, preventive/predictive maintenance, asset reliability, mobile workforce enablement, inventory management, and operational excellence across asset-intensive organizations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Management, Artificial Intelligence, Business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
  • 7+ years of progressive product management experience, preferably within SaaS, asset management, manufacturing industry, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated success defining, launching, and improving products that drive adoption, measurable customer outcomes, and revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical capability, including the ability to interpret financial and operational data and critically evaluate AI-generated insights such as predictions, confidence levels, and trade-offs.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams from concept through delivery without direct authority, aligning collaborators around a shared product vision.
  • Ability and willingness to travel across the U.S., and occasionally internationally, for client visits, customer events, and industry conferences as needed.

  • Experience owning a product portfolio with accountability for performance, strategic direction, roadmap execution, and market adoption.
  • Practical understanding of how AI can support market research, product requirements, prioritization, workflow efficiency, and user-centered product experiences.
  • Ability to balance public sector needs, technology constraints, regulatory or funding considerations, and complex stakeholder dependencies.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex AI, analytics, and product concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with M&A integration, cross-geographical collaboration, or business model transformation within a product organization.

The pay range for this position is $122,951 - $210,773 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
