In accordance with Truist in-office policy, this role will be in office 5 days/week.

The Senior Product Manager, Digital Commerce is responsible for defining, delivering, and optimizing digital commerce capabilities that support client acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and growth across Truist digital channels.

This role partners across Product, Technology, Experience Design, Marketing, Data and Analytics, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and business stakeholders to deliver digital experiences that are client-centered, measurable, scalable, compliant, and aligned to enterprise priorities.
This role balances strategic product management, human-centered design thinking, and product owner execution discipline. The ideal candidate brings strong product discovery capabilities and is able to translate customer problems, business opportunities, and journey friction into high-level experience concepts, service flows, and solution directions. While not expected to perform production-level UX design work, this individual is expected to think like a designer, effectively partner with Experience Design, and leverage AI-enabled concepting and prototyping tools to rapidly explore, communicate, and validate solution ideas.

The Senior Product Manager defines product vision and roadmap, translates business and client needs into prioritized product opportunities, and partners closely with delivery teams to ensure features are clearly defined, appropriately sequenced, and delivered with quality. The role is expected to understand both the broader strategic impact of digital commerce capabilities and the day-to-day execution details required to move work from discovery through launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.

The Senior Product Manager will help shape digital experiences that improve ease of use, completion rates, conversion, funding, personalization, and client satisfaction while ensuring alignment with Truist risk, control, accessibility, security, and compliance expectations.

  • Lead cross-functional discovery efforts that integrate customer research, analytics, competitive insights, behavioral data, and design-thinking methods to identify unmet customer needs and define opportunity areas. Facilitate workshops, concept exploration, and collaborative ideation activities that help teams align customer problems before committing to solutions.

  • Manage product dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and tradeoffs. Clearly communicate impacts, options, recommendations, and escalation needs to stakeholders and senior leaders.

  • Ensure Product Management Lifecycle processes, risk reviews, controls, accessibility standards, privacy considerations, security requirements, legal reviews, compliance expectations, and audit documentation are addressed throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Support release planning and go-to-market readiness by coordinating with business partners, operations, marketing, training, communications, support teams, controls partners, and technology delivery teams.

  • Validate delivered capabilities against business objectives, client experience goals, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes.

  • Prepare and deliver clear executive-level updates, roadmap communications, product recommendations, decision materials, and performance reporting. Drive remediation or optimization where needed.
