What You'll Do- Lead new product development from concept through launch and lifecycle management.
- Develop product roadmaps aligned with category strategy and broader business objectives.
- Create annual sales forecasts for new product introductions.
- Research market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to identify new opportunities.
- Develop pricing and positioning strategies using market research, competitive analysis, and gross margin targets.
- Drive go-to-market strategies and manage projects from concept through launch.
- Partner closely with Product Sourcing, Marketing, Technical Support, and other cross-functional teams to successfully introduce new products.
- Analyze product performance after launch and recommend enhancements or SKU rationalization.
- Evaluate product samples and collaborate on product improvements.
- Develop product documentation, training materials, and support resources.
- Provide Tier 2 product support as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to identify future opportunities.
- Travel up to 10-15% domestically and internationally.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product development, product management, brand management, or a related role.
- B2B product experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- ERP experience strongly preferred.
- Photoshop experience is a plus.
