Qualifications

• 5-10 years of product design experience in home, gift, accessories, or lifestyle categories.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for producing print-ready artwork.
• Experience with 3D CAD software (Rhino, Fusion 360, or SolidWorks) and rendering tools (KeyShot, Blender).
• Strong understanding of the Natural Life aesthetic and brand principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively, build on feedback, and lead a team of designers. Beyond that, you should be confident working independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the founder to conceptualize and create unique product offerings.
• Shape product design details including materials, colors, and artwork in line with brand themes.
• Partner with developers and vendors during the design and product development phases.
• Lead the team of designers while also contributing individually to projects.
• Devise effective design strategies that align with brand vision and market demands.
