Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Design features and workflows for complex, data-rich B2B SaaS products.
AI-native design - integrating AI across discovery, prototyping, and delivery to accelerate iteration and scale impact across squads.
Partner with Product Managers to translate requirements into intuitive UX solutions.
Contribute to improving consistency across products by applying shared patterns and standards.
Support the evolution of the design system through contributions and feedback.
Conduct research using product analytics (e.g., Pendo) and customer feedback.
Collaborate with Engineering teams, including offshore partners in India, to deliver high-quality designs.
Present design work and rationale to product leadership and customers.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of product design experience
B2B SaaS experience is required (please do not apply if you are missing this experience)
Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to the design process and building/scaling a design system that unifies experience across a multi-product platform to enable squads to effectively execute.
Experience designing complex workflows or operations-focused software
Portfolio demonstrating strong UX fundamentals and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with guidance and feedback from senior designers
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience working with offshore engineering teams in India is a major plus
