Senior Product Designer
About the Role
In this role, you will turn complex product challenges into meaningful change by designing intuitive, accessible experiences across the entire Product Development Lifecycle. Grounded in a deep expertise of native iOS, Android, and Web platforms—including platform-specific Human Interface Guidelines—you will anticipate user needs and leverage native capabilities to make everyday interactions seamless. By embedding digital accessibility best practices from the start, you will craft inclusive digital products that meet users where they are while elevating our shared design systems.
Working closely with Product and Engineering teams in a data-informed, iterative environment, you will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution. You will rely on analytics, user testing, and behavioral insights to continuously optimize user journeys, ensuring every design decision thoughtfully balances user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. Embracing a philosophy of sharing work early and often, you will treat design as a collaborative, evolving conversation that drives real-world business impact.
As a trusted expert in product design strategy, you will shape high-level vision and influence cross-functional stakeholders—from cross-discipline partners to executive leadership. You bring a passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and adapting design methodologies to solve unique problems. Through clear, persuasive storytelling and critical thinking, you will advocate for design integrity, align diverse perspectives, and mentor those around you to build next-generation digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders and leaders in design, product management, engineering, and marketing to justify design and product decisions, provide escalation management, and focus team activities around OKRs
Work cross-functionally with our XD researchers, product, engineering, and marketing teams to prioritize and deliver on business initiatives
Advocate for customer needs in mobile and web experiences
Define and implement standards and best practices for digital product design ensuring consistency across platforms
Contribute to our Design System, helping to ensure governance, scalability, and efficiency
Present and communicate design decisions to various stakeholders across the business
Monitor and analyze design, emerging digital technologies, and fintech trends to inform our product roadmap
Influence and educate product teams on how UX activities can support them through the Product Development Lifecycle
Strategically vision and lead discovery work with minimal guidance
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of UX/Product Design experience
1+ year of experience leading/mentoring Product Designers with a defensible record of growing design talent
Exceptional working knowledge of modern design tools and methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor27s Degree in HCI/UX, Social Science, Psychology, Research, or other related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience working on consumer-facing digital products in a regulated environment
2+ years of experience optimizing product design workflows with generative artificial intelligence
Experience designing for motion, micro-interactions, and animations, in mobile apps.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $108,900-$124,300. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
