Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design, notably B2B, enterprise, or government software.
• Fluency in AI design and prototyping tools like Lovable, Claude, or Cursor.
• Ability to understand user needs, particularly in complex or constrained workflows.
• Strong skills in UX, workflow mapping, and wireframing with attention to existing design patterns.
• Experience mentoring and implementing scalable processes in design teams.
• Collaborative approach with low ego when working with product and engineering teams.
• Bonus: Experience in accessibility design and compliance with WCAG.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vision for creating permanent, loving families by embodying Binti's design philosophy.
• Lead end-to-end design across all Binti products, from family licensing to AI solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers to identify user pain points and develop tailored solutions.
• Design wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, guiding product managers through design phases.
• Rapidly prototype concepts using AI design tools to validate ideas with users before engineering commitment.
• Enhance and maintain the design system to support the growing product range.
• Stay updated on design trends and regulatory standards, particularly accessibility requirements.
• Improve design, product, and engineering processes for better effectiveness as the company grows.
