JOB DESCRIPTION

Help power the next wave of Chase Small Business Card innovation - driving the delivery of Small Business Card priorities.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Small Business Card, Branded Chase Card Services, you will be enabling the delivery of best-in-class small business card products and solutions for our clients. We are seeking someone who is detail oriented, with exceptional communication skills and has experience supporting the delivery of strategic projects and initiatives. This product delivery program manager will drive the successful completion of product features, proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies, and clearly communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and risk and issue management, while escalating opportunities to improve delivery efficiencies and cross-functional coordination.
  • Lead change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
  • Govern the program to the firm’s product standards, delivery hygiene and controls. 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management, product delivery, project and / or program management, or a relevant domain area.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to connect and synthesize impacts across multiple workstreams, and deliver clear updates to leadership on status, timing and risks to delivery.
  • Ability to operate independently, meet tight deadlines, and support concurrent projects.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in Jira / Jira Align, Tableau and Confluence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
