As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Product & Transformation Connectivity, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Job responsibilities
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firms risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
  • Build systems to handle payments and streamline onboarding, focusing on automation to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
  • Leverage technology to map client and employee journeys, ensuring seamless experiences
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, influencing teams to work together toward shared goals
  • Centralize servicing within COS, demonstrating executive presence and leadership
  • Coordinate plans that translate strategy into actionable steps, bringing new operating models to life
  • Identify pain points and use automation to solve them, improving processes and outcomes
  • Lead projects that address specific challenges, uniting teams to enhance the client experience
