JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Card Pricing Product team, you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end product delivery execution across complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will serve as a key liaison across Product, Partner Applications, and Technology teams to translate business priorities into structured execution plans, delivery timelines, and measurable outcomes.

This role requires a strong program management and delivery leader who can drive alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure execution discipline across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving delivery visibility, planning accuracy, and overall execution of products’ delivery health and risk, while providing clear, data-driven insights to leadership through structured reporting and executive communication.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery planning and execution across initiatives, from intake through release.
  • Translate business priorities into structured delivery plans, timelines, and measurable milestones.
  • Build and maintain integrated roadmaps, project plans, and Gantt views aligned to sprint plans across multiple workstreams/teams.
  • Partner with Product and Technology leaders to align on scope, priorities, and delivery commitments.
  • Track delivery progress and drive timely corrective actions by proactively identifying gaps, risks, and ownership needs.
  • Identify, manage, and monitor cross-team dependencies (e.g., via Jira/Jira Align) and their impact on delivery.
  • Proactively manage risks, blockers, and bottlenecks with clear mitigation and escalation paths.
  • Support capacity planning and demand-to-supply alignment across teams and initiatives.
  • Produce and maintain status reporting, dashboards, and trackers; communicate delivery health, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Develop concise, executive-ready materials for leadership reviews (e.g., weekly updates, quarterly summaries, management review content).
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot/LLM solutions) to improve delivery workflows, reporting, documentation, and analysis while adhering to governance and control requirements.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 8+ years of experience in product delivery, program management, or Agile delivery leadership roles
  • Strong experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs
  • Expertise in project planning, dependency management, and risk management
  • Experience creating status reports, dashboards, Gantt charts, and executive presentations
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and quarterly planning cycles
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, reporting, and AI tools (such as Copilot, Claude, or similar)
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance reporting and delivery workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in financial services or fintech domains
