Qualifications - 5-7 years of experience in marketing presentations, product marketing, or investment communications at an asset management firm. - Demonstrated experience supporting both equity and fixed income asset classes strongly preferred. - Prior experience working directly with Portfolio Specialists, and/or Product Managers to develop client-facing materials. - Experience navigating a compliance review process for regulated financial marketing materials. - Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint required; experience with Excel and data/analytics tools (e.g., FactSet, Morningstar, eVestment, Bloomberg) strongly preferred. - Graphic design skills, with proficiency in graphic design software. - Excellent written and visual communication skills; ability to distill complex investment concepts into clear, client-ready narratives. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and stakeholders under deadline pressure. - High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. - Working knowledge of SEC/FINRA marketing rules and GIPS presentation standards. - Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across Investments, Sales, Compliance, and Marketing. - Bachelor's degree required; CFA Institute Investment Foundations certification, CFA, CAIA, or progress toward a similar designation is a plus but not required. #LI-HK1 A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at time of posting is below.
