As a Senior Product Associate in Benefits Experience, you will help define and deliver scalable platform capabilities and digital experiences that enable customers to discover, understand, and engage with product benefits across multiple channels. You’ll apply systems thinking and data-driven decisioning to translate complex needs into measurable outcomes.

 

Job responsibilities
  • Support the development of scalable platform capabilities, reusable services, and customer-facing experiences that enable business growth and operational efficiency
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to define requirements for digital experiences, tools, and workflow capabilities
  • Translate business, customer, operational, and technology needs into clearly defined product requirements and deliverables
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve scalability, and reduce operational complexity through automation and standardization
  • Own and evolve a product backlog, ensuring user stories and acceptance criteria are clear and aligned to the roadmap
  • Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives
  • Use product metrics, customer insights, user research, and competitive benchmarks to prioritize work and evaluate results
  • Champion improvements to customer satisfaction, engagement, personalization, self-service, and cross-channel consistency
  • Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, customer benefits, business value, and delivery impacts to stakeholders
  • Support agile delivery routines, including requirements refinement and end-to-end execution with cross-functional partners
  • Operate within a risk-based framework by helping identify, assess, and mitigate operational, technology, legal, compliance, privacy, and controls considerations
 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3 years of product management experience delivering digital products, platforms, or shared technology capabilities
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle (discovery, definition, delivery, measurement, iteration)
  • Experience building product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs using customer and business needs
  • Demonstrated experience authoring business requirements and writing user stories with clear outcomes and acceptance criteria
  • Experience collaborating with design, research, engineering, analytics, and business partners to deliver customer-facing digital experiences
  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to use funnels, product metrics, and KPIs to inform prioritization and evaluate results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting recommendations and tradeoffs to stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization and drive outcomes through influence and collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
 Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience working with platforms, workflow solutions, content management systems, or customer experience technologies
  • Familiarity with configurable platforms, business process automation, or rules-based systems
  • Experience delivering reusable services, shared components, or scalable platform capabilities
  • Understanding of customer experience design, content operations, and tooling that supports customer-facing experiences
  • Experience working in regulated environments with risk, compliance, and governance considerations
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams
