Full Job Description
As a Senior Product Associate in Global Web Experience Delivery Lead, you promote delivery across our public web ecosystem—ensuring that new capabilities, experiences, and content are launched reliably, securely, and at scale. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver and continuously improve end-to-end digital journeys—advancing next-generation web experiences across touchpoints and enabling personalization at scale, while maintaining disciplined execution Job responsibilities • Lead delivery of enhancements and experiences across the web ecosystem, ensuring requirements clarity, dependency alignment, quality validation, and launch readiness. • Drive complex transformation workstreams including migrations and onboarding new businesses onto the platform, coordinating sequencing, cutover readiness, and stabilization. • Provide analysis and recommendations on web capability options based on business needs, implementation complexity, and expected outcomes. • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, UX/Design, Engineering, Web Operations, publishers, MarTech, and agencies. • Manage and track performance and OKRs for our web engagement and conversion • Manage delivery health and site health: intake coordination, prioritization, defect triage, risk management, and stakeholder communications. • Support release readiness and adoption of new functionality through enablement, documentation, and governance-aligned workflows. • Champion continuous improvement and responsible AI usage to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve cycle time while maintaining quality and controls. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and longer-term planning (refinement, planning, reviews, retrospectives, roadmap/release planning). Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills  • 3+ years delivering web experiences using a CMS. • Working experience with AEM and familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Target. • Strong understanding of web technology fundamentals and best practices, including accessibility and responsive design. • Understanding of SEO/SEM and the role of web experiences in acquisition and engagement. • Strong experience in an Agile delivery environment. • Ability to balance multiple priorities, make sound prioritization decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.   Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills  • Experience delivering in regulated environments (e.g., financial services). • Experience with platform modernization, migrations, and onboarding new businesses/regions. • Familiarity with experimentation/optimization and continuous delivery practices. • Working experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
