Join a team redefining how cardmembers discover, understand, and maximize the value of their credit card benefits. You'll work at the intersection of customer experience, data, and digital innovation - building personalized, scalable journeys that create real value for customers and the business.

As a Senior Product Associate on the Benefits Experience team, you will help shape and execute customer-centric benefits experiences that make it easier for cardmembers to discover, understand, activate, and use their benefits. You will support the product roadmap across key customer journeys, partner with cross-functional teams, and translate customer, business, and operational needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.

Job responsibilities
  • Support the development of product strategy and roadmap priorities that deliver customer and business value, keeping digital benefits experiences at the leading edge.
  • Lead discovery efforts, including market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to uncover problems and opportunities across benefits discovery, activation, and engagement.
  • Own, maintain, and develop components of the product backlog, ensuring requirements and user stories are clearly defined and aligned to the strategic roadmap.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, research, analytics, marketing, servicing, legal, risk, and controls partners to deliver new features and optimize existing digital benefits experiences.
  • Integrate product metrics, data analytics, user research, customer insights, and competitive benchmarks to prioritize initiatives and evaluate results.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, engagement, personalization, self-service, and consistency across digital channels.
  • Define and communicate product priorities, tradeoffs, customer benefits, business value, and delivery impacts across stakeholder groups.
  • Author business requirements, define user stories, support agile delivery routines, and bring together cross-functional partners to execute within an Agile framework.
  • Synthesize complex topics and prepare clear stakeholder updates, recommendations, and communications to manage business expectations effectively.
  • Operate within a risk-based framework by identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational, technology, legal, compliance, privacy, and controls considerations across the product lifecycle.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3 years of product management experience in credit cards, digital banking, financial services, or FinTech.
  • Strong understanding of the digital product lifecycle, including discovery, ideation, requirements definition, delivery, measurement, and iteration.
  • Experience defining product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and translating business and customer needs into clear requirements and user stories.
  • Demonstrated experience authoring business requirements, writing user stories, and supporting execution across cross-functional teams within an Agile framework.
  • Experience collaborating with UX design, research, engineering, analytics, and business partners to deliver customer-facing digital experiences.
  • Strong analytical orientation, including the ability to use product metrics, customer insights, funnel analysis, and KPIs to inform prioritization and evaluate results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product value, roadmap priorities, requirements, tradeoffs, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed organization and collaborate across teams and functions to drive outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Experience in consumer credit cards, loyalty, offers, rewards, or benefits platforms.
  • Familiarity with benefits ecosystems, including eligibility, fulfillment, partner dependencies, and customer-facing servicing implications.
  • Experience with personalization or decisioning systems, including segmentation, targeting, content rules, and measurement.
  • Experience using experimentation and iterative delivery to optimize customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with Agile and collaboration tools such as Jira Align and Lucid.
  • Experience aligning multiple teams against shared platforms, APIs, reusable components, and scalable operating models in a large organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative approaches for team engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
