Overview

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Product Analyst.

 

Job Type: Full-Time

 

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and evaluating applications and systems to ensure all products meet end user needs. Responsibilities include documenting product requirements, defining business scope and objectives in terms of the product, and identifying technology solutions that support overall business strategy and operational goals. Collaborates with key project team members and scrum teams in designing functional solutions for the product, identifying and resolving project issues, and ensuring the defined solutions meet business requirements. Participates in development and configuration tasks as needed. Serves as a subject matter resource and mentor to Product Analysts by providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and quality review of work products when appropriate.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in product analysis, business systems analysis, product and/or project management, or a related technology-focused role
• Professional certifications in Salesforce Administration, Scrum Master, and/or Project Management are strongly preferred

Pay Range$85,933.00 - $104,771.00 / year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
