Full Job Description
Job Summary:
Rag & bone is seeking a Producer to lead the end-to-end production of campaign editorial and Ecomm shoots across all channels. This is a pivotal in-house role that sits at the intersection of creative and creative operations. In this role, the ideal candidate will ensure that every shoot is executed to the highest standard, on time and on budget, while preserving the brand's aesthetic vision.
You will work closely with the Creative Director, brand marketing teams, and external resources to manage a high volume of seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, e-commerce shoots, and editorial projects. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of production experience, strong vendor relationships, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach to managing multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities:
Production & Project Management
  • Own the full production lifecycle for campaign and editorial shoots - from brief through to final delivery.
  • Build and manage detailed production schedules, call sheets, and run-of-show documents.
  • Oversee all logistics including location scouting and permitting, talent and crew booking, styling coordination, catering, and travel.
  • Partner with Creative Directors and Art Directors to translate creative briefs into executable production plans.
  • Lead pre-production meetings and on-set management for shoots of all scales.
  • Understanding of film and video production and post production a plus.

Budget & Vendor Management
  • Manage shoot budgets from initial estimate through reconciliation
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with photographers, directors, studios, casting agencies, location agencies, and post-production vendors.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising creative quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the central point of contact between Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, and Digital teams throughout the production process.
  • Manage post-production workflows including image selection, retouching briefs, and asset delivery timelines.
  • Maintain a master production calendar and proactively flag capacity and resource constraints.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the production team.

Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of production experience, with experience at in an in-house role at a fashion or lifestyle brand.
  • Demonstrated experience producing high-profile campaign shoots (print, digital, video) with significant budget responsibility.
  • Deep knowledge of the production ecosystem - crew, talent agencies, studios, and locations in key markets (New York, LA, Europe)
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple concurrent projects at pace.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in production management and asset management tools (e.g. Airtable, Air, Excel)
  • Confident communicator who can operate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • A genuine passion for fashion, photography, and visual storytelling.

Salary: The target salary for this role is between $125K and $145K based on candidates' experience and expectations.
