Full Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Production Strategy & Planning
  • Lead end-to-end production timelines aligned to campaign launches and channel requirements (site, email, social, paid, field).
  • Partner with Creative/Art Director, Video Team, Product, Video and social media and Integrated Marketing to translate vision into executable production plans.
  • Source and manage photographers, directors, stylists, talent, crew, locations, and vendors.
  • Work with vendors to produce cabi Fashion show - includes coordination of models, choreographers' dressers, wardrobe wrangling etc.
  • Wardrobe management and coordination of Style Outs and ensuring product gets to flat photographer.
  • Oversee casting, shot lists, call sheets, production schedules, and asset delivery workflows.
  • Maintain high creative standards while balancing budget and efficiency.
  • Internalize and drive cabi's seasonal production rhythm (NA and FL collections, fashion show, campaign launches) - proactively building production schedules that anticipate key milestones rather than reacting to them.
  • Lead video production end-to-end alongside photo - briefing directors, managing edit cycles, overseeing delivery specs for campaign, social, and field channels.

Pre-Production Management
  • Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors (production companies, photographers, DPs, editors, stylists, HMU, set design, talent casting).
  • Coordinate all logistics including call sheets, talent schedules, locations, permits, travel, catering, equipment rentals, and on-set needs.
  • Manage production documentation including run of show, shot lists, contracts, and technical specs.
  • Ensure all usage rights, releases, licensing, and contracts are secured, documented, and stored appropriately.
  • Align production timelines with merchandising calendars and go-to-market deadlines.

Budget & Financial Oversight
  • Build and manage production budgets ranging from mid-size shoots to large-scale campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with talent, agencies, and vendors.
  • Track costs, reconcile budgets, and ensure fiscal accountability.
  • Identify cost efficiencies without compromising creative integrity.

On-Set Production Leadership
  • Lead on-set production management to ensure schedules are met.
  • Serve as the operational lead - troubleshooting issues, adjusting timelines, and escalating decisions as needed.
  • Ensure a professional, efficient, and collaborative on-set environment.

Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor Producer and Sample Coordinator.
  • Lead on-set teams with clarity, calm authority, and decisiveness
  • Foster a collaborative and solutions-oriented production culture.

Asset & Content Workflow Management
  • Partner with the Head of Creative & Content and Art Director to translate the creative pipeline into an organized, trackable workflow - maintaining visibility across all active projects, deadlines, and resource load so they can make informed assignment decisions.
  • Own the intake and documentation of creative requests from cross-functional partners (Integrated Marketing, Digital, Field), ensuring briefs are complete and production-ready before work is assigned.
  • Maintain the master content calendar connecting shoot schedules, design workstreams, post-production milestones, and channel deadlines - flagging conflicts or capacity risks to the Head of Creative & Content proactively.
  • Build and maintain workflow infrastructure (project tracking, status reporting, process documentation) so the creative team operates with clarity and the Head of Creative & Content is never the bottleneck for basic operational visibility.
  • Oversee post-design asset management including final file organization, naming conventions, version control, and DAM stewardship to ensure assets are findable, channel-ready, and properly archived.
  • Manage asset handoff to downstream teams (digital, email, social, print, field) with clear specs, formats, and delivery documentation.

Operational Excellence
  • Develop and refine production workflows and systems.
  • Anticipate risks and proactively solve production challenges.
  • Ensure legal compliance including usage rights, model releases, and insurance.
  • Maintain asset organization and handoff protocols to post-production, print and digital teams.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience producing photo, video, and content productions within fashion, lifestyle, or apparel brands; in-house experience strongly preferred over agency-only background.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-day shoots and managing full post-production cycles, including photo, video, and digital asset delivery.
  • Track record of building or improving production infrastructure - not just operating within existing systems, but creating workflows, documentation, and processes from the ground up.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-day shoots and managing full post-production cycles.
  • Strong project management background with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Clear understanding of usage rights, releases, licensing, and production contracts.
