Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Procurement & Remarketing Specialist to join our team. This position can be based in any one of our locations throughout Canada.

What Moves You:
  • You've spent years cultivating an industry network and are invested in building relationships.
  • You think like an entrepreneur. Every vehicle you touch is a business decision, and you take personal ownership over the profitability of every acquisition and every exit strategy you put in place.
  • You thrive on working independently in a fast-moving market. You don't need someone to tell you where the opportunity is, because you're already three steps ahead of it.
  • You're motivated by results that you can see directly in the bottom line, and you take real pride in being the person who drives profitable inventory decisions for the business.

What You'll Do:
  • Identify, evaluate, and acquire vehicle inventory through auctions, dealer networks, fleet operators, private sellers, and export channels, ensuring every purchase is backed by a clear and profitable exit strategy from day one.
  • Develop and execute remarketing strategies that maximize returns across wholesale, auction, dealer, and export markets, constantly adapting your approach to capitalize on shifting supply, demand, and pricing conditions.
  • Monitor automotive market trends, regional valuations, and competitive dynamics to stay ahead of buying opportunities and protect margin at every stage of the inventory cycle.
  • Negotiate vehicle purchases and dispositions with dealers, wholesalers, customers, and auction partners, leveraging your industry relationships and market knowledge to consistently deliver above-market outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, market activity, and inventory performance, while serving as a strategic resource for Regional, Wholesale, and Branch Managers across the organization.

What You'll Bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in automotive sales management, vehicle procurement, remarketing, wholesale operations, or a closely related automotive environment with a proven track record of sourcing and purchasing profitable inventory.
  • Deep knowledge of vehicle valuations, market pricing, and automotive industry trends, alongside demonstrated experience transacting across wholesale, auction, dealer, and export channels.
  • An established and active network of automotive industry contacts.
  • Strong negotiation skills paired with sharp analytical ability. You can assess risk and profitability quickly, make sound independent decisions, and execute with confidence in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license and active Sales License, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the hunger to drive measurable results for the business.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive wages and flexible benefits.
  • Our company RRSP matching program.
  • 50% off rentals at any of our Driving Force locations.
  • Learning and growth opportunities.
  • Paid vacation and wellness time.
  • We support your wellbeing through our Thrive wellness program.
  • We 'Celebrate Great' through our rewards and recognition programs.
