We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Procurement Manager of IT!

CLEAResult is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Procurement to lead enterprise IT sourcing and software procurement. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role responsible for the company's largest and most complex software renewals, strategic sourcing initiatives, and IT procurement governance.

This position is critical to advancing CLEAResult's IT procurement maturity-from transactional renewals to disciplined, enterprise-wide sourcing and standardization. The successful candidate will personally lead high impact work, drive measurable savings, and operate- independently without the need for daily oversight.

Candidates must be willing to work Central Time Zone hours.

For this opportunity, you will...

  • Have a bias for action and are both deadline and results driven.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in creating spreadsheets for complex SW proposal comparison, create business cases including ROI analysis, and develop executive level presentations
  • Ensure critical software provider contracts are sourced, negotiated and implemented at the lowest total cost to CLEAResult
  • Manage the strategic supplier software renewal cycle using a 12 month time fence for planning, quoting, negotiating, contract creation and implementation
  • Partner with IT in the establishment of a Software Steering Committee to vet new suppliers and standardize enterprise usage of IT's preferred vendors
  • Partner with key stakeholders in ensuring supplier performance standards are met
  • Incorporate internally agreed upon KPIs and SLAs into supplier contracts
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
  • Partner with IT to create preferred vendors per software category
  • Create Short and Long Term Commodity strategy
  • Mentoring Procurement team members in areas of RFx creation, contract review, negotiations, and Procurement Best Practices


In this exciting career opportunity, you will have...

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5-10 years of experience working in IT operations
  • Negotiation experience with large, complex renewals with SW providers such as Microsoft, Salesforce, Workday.
  • Ability to work cross functionally to create and implement standard processes and policies
  • Flexibility to navigate current state company operating procedures and collaboratively propose, plan and execute future state.
  • Project management experience desired
  • Ability to drive consensus
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of levers available to delivery best possible price for new software
  • Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
  • Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices


Target Compensation
  • $130,000 - $140,000 + Bonus


DOT Requirements
