Full Job Description
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. This is a first shift position working a 4/10 with every Friday off! BAE is seeking an innovative and results driven Senior Engineer for a process liason role, covering a range of tasks to effectively support the timely introduction and ramp of new product.You will serve as the subject matter expert, bridging the gap between engineering, product integration and stable, high yield manufacturing. Responsibilities: - Serve as a technical liaison with design, test, quality, reliability and program engineering to meet production goals. - Document technical work, best practices, and provide communication to stakeholders. - Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision and demonstrate leadership necessary to support the manufacturing team - Ability to present and clearly communicate data to peers, management, and customers. - Ability to provide direction to team members without reporting authority - Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines - Ability to work independently and in a team - Ability to understand, analyze, and resolve complex technical problems. - Comprehensive knowledge of microelectronics manufacturing processes This position will be posted for at least 5 calendar days. Required Skills and Education - Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred OR 4+ years of experience in manufacturing related to the RF technical field. - Adaptability: Ability to maintain high quality and accuracy while working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
