Recognized as a thought leader in Agile delivery and transformation. Shapes enterprise ART strategy, mentors executive leaders, and drives innovation through Agile practices. Leads Agile transformation at scale and represents the organization in industry forums.

Responsibilities

  • Shape enterprise ART vision and strategy
  • Develop ART governance frameworks and lead high-impact programs
  • Identify Risk Management Planning at the Enterprise level
  • Lead Agile transformation at scale across departments
  • Represent organization in industry forums and Agile communities
  • Mentor other RTEs and Agile leaders
  • Influence investment decisions in Agile tools and practices
  • Drive innovation and adoption of emerging Agile methodologies
  • May perform other duties as assigned
