Infineon Technologies Americas Corp. is seeking a Senior Pricing Specialist (San Jose, CA) to collect, synthesize, and communicate fact-based insights to drive strategies and decision making for Regional Marketing teams. Assume pricing ownership of regional distribution & direct business. Utilize knowledge of product value and market trends, balancing business interests with customer requirements to create winning profitable outcomes in a variety of scenarios. Provide support for all pricing or quoting topics from Distribution Partners, internal teams, and external sales representatives. Proactively review regional pricing situation by applying business analytics to identify changes in the market and identify necessary measures in the daily quote execution. Produce and distribute the quarterly Distribution Price List and ensure all information is correct and fulfills the needs to customers. Responsible for the maintenance and accuracy of Pricing & Quoting Standard Reports. Support preparation of reports, design of new pricing related reports, and evaluation of new reporting tools (by utilizing VBA Macro or Python). Provide analysis on existing reporting data on request. Track Volume Purchase Agreement (VPA) process and ensure VPAs are processed in a timely manner by the relevant Pricing Specialists. Ensure data preparation and handling within the VPA process in alignment with the responsible Pricing Specialists. Ensure compliant finalization of VPAs and consequent free of respective savings for further reporting. Ensure compliant implementation of any maintenance requests (e.g., price changes or product additions) in finalized VPAs. Support Sales and Marketing in standard Volume Purchasing Agreements (VPAs), including independent preparation of proposals and additional information for negotiations.

Salary Range: $105,893 - $116,482.30 per year

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research or any related fields and 1 year of experience in the area of pricing and data analytics. Must have the following experience: Pricing or statistical data analysis and optimization; Data maintenance and data analysis for major deviations; Translating user requirements in tool and process change requests/specifications and monitoring of implementation; Using MS Office and Business Objects or Tableau for data processing; Developing automation scripts using VBA or Python; Working in cross function teams/processes; Presentation of processes and projects to management and stakeholders; Providing customer service and creating training materials for internal and external users; Assessing quoting or credit request using CRM to determine and issue optimized limits; Project or product profitability evaluation including margin analysis; and Evaluating/executing B2B value-based or portfolio pricing strategy. Local telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
