About the Role

This role will drive profitable growth through execution of the pricing strategy, price-pack architecture (PPA), elasticity insights, and scenario modeling. Translate analytics into clear guardrails and recommendations that sales, marketing, and finance can act on.

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a holistic approach to support our growth agenda profitably and sustainably across 5 key levers:
  • Pricing & Price Pack Architecture
  • Promotional Management
  • Trade Spend Optimization
  • Trade Profitability & Profit Pool
  • Active Mix Management

What You'll Do
  • Partner with the US RGM Lead to build, refine, and support high-quality Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies that drive sustainable revenue and profit growth.
  • Lead the deployment of core RGM pillars-including Pricing, Price Pack Architecture (PPA), and Trade Spend Optimization-by providing markets with robust analytics, tools, frameworks, and actionable growth playbooks.
  • Ensure customer plans align with RGM principles by modeling the revenue, profit, and margin impact of pricing and pack architecture changes, while tracking performance against forecasts and business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain effective ways of working with Key Account Managers, including a structured cadence of RGM business reviews to identify, prioritize, and execute high-value growth opportunities.
  • Develop and leverage price elasticity models to support strategic pricing decisions, including scenario planning for list price changes, pack size adjustments, promotional overlays, and other revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, data-driven recommendations that influence commercial strategy and decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with the Global RGM team to ensure the US business receives the necessary analytical support, tools, best practices, and capability-building resources.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Field Sales, Sales Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align priorities, share insights, and ensure flawless execution of RGM initiatives.
  • Analyze promotional effectiveness, customer profitability, and trade investment performance to identify optimization opportunities and maximize return on investment.
  • Support the development of reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to monitor key RGM metrics and business outcomes.

About You
  • 2-4 years of RGM, Pricing, Commercial Finance, or Customer Management experience; Price Modeling and scenario planning preferred
  • Advanced analytical skills, advanced Excel and modelling
  • Strong understanding of financial P&L structure and growth levers
  • Knowledge of CPG retail landscape, including pricing practices/priorities, promotion management and trade terms optimization is preferred but not required
  • Experience in setting up and embedding new processes and ways of working
  • Experience in working cross-functionally & Strategic Influencing
  • Ability to multi-task and work flexibly under tight deadlines
  • Able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing presentations
  • Able to travel 10% or as needed
