Eaton's Aerospace Division is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our team! This will be a hybrid position based at either the Jackson, MI or Beltsville, MD location.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year.

What you'll do:Leverage advanced analysis and market research to create pricing strategies that align product value with market conditions and support profit maximization. Work cross-functionally with Contracts, Customer Service, and Finance teams to support customer fact-finding, audits, and negotiation activities.
In this role, you will: - Lead the price analysis, strategy, authorization, and negotiation of COE proposals.
- Evaluate historical data, competitive information and product features to develop customer/product specific pricing.
- Lead Division wide pricing initiatives to optimize profitability and process flow.
- Serve as a mentor and cross-functional back-up to other Pricing Analysts.
- Strategic pricing analysis and optimization of momentum pricing for the profit plan with the balanced goal to grow the business profitably.
- Support Profit Plan and Monthly Realized Price Variance Analysis.
- Strategic pricing analysis and optimization of momentum pricing for the profit plan with the balanced goal to grow the business profitably.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Required (Basic) Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a business-related field.
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Aerospace industry knowledge.
- Strategic pricing experience in value and market pricing methodologies.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SAP.
