You’ll gain exposure to portfolio monitoring, capital management, and financial investment integrations while helping translate technical insights into actionable investor capital deployment decisions. If you're analytical, entrepreneurial, and eager to expand your influence beyond pricing into portfolio strategy and capital allocation, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

·Develop and refine pricing models and tools to support underwriting and capital allocation.
·Contribute to strategic discussions on portfolio construction, reinsurance cessions, and growth initiatives.
·Support regulatory and investor reporting as needed.
Qualifications
Required
·Fellow of the CAS, FIA, or equivalent designation.
·Minimum 15 years of actuarial and/or technical underwriting experience, with at least 5 years in treaty pricing strongly preferred.
·Strong modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.
·Experience pricing a range of reinsurance structures—from quota share to excess of loss—is strongly preferred, including retroactive reinsurance.
·Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What We Value
·Clear, concise communication and the ability to translate technical findings into business decisions.
·Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to solving complex problems.
·Attention to detail and a strong appreciation for risk drivers and indicators.
·High integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of ownership.
·A well-organized working style that balances thorough documentation and reproducibility with operational efficiency—ensuring clarity without compromising execution.
·A collaborative and resourceful approach—willing to take initiative, work across functions, and contribute wherever needed to advance team objectives.
·The judgment and confidence to respectfully raise concerns or propose alternative approaches when direction or strategy warrants reconsideration.
