Senior Director - Finance and Accounting Transformation Services Senior Practice Engagement Manager Remote within the US - work from anywhere Business travel required The Senior Practice Engagement Manager, Americas (Senior Director) has a vital role in the Finance and Accounting (F&A) Transformation Services and GBS leadership team, with the main goal of driving sales growth for our Finance and Accounting (F&A) Transformation and BPO outsourcing services. This role will collaborate with a team of experts in solution design, program management and transformation consulting to acquire new clients and increase revenue from existing ones. This Manager will also act as a trusted advisor to client CFOs and provide them with insights and guidance on how to leverage digital finance solutions.
Responsibilities:- Building strong relationships with CFOs, Group controllers and GBS leaders and ensuring their alignment and commitment to Infosys solution and capability
- Being a trusted transformation partner for CXOs and helping them achieve their strategic objectives.
- Co-leading the Finance and Accounting (F&A)/GBS transformation bids with the Sales anchor and ensuring the quality and competitiveness of the proposal.
- Being part of the senior governance team for transformation projects and ensuring their successful delivery
- Creating and delivering high-quality content for webinars and whitepapers to showcase Infosys thought leadership in the Finance and Accounting (F&A)/GBS domain.
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members who are part of the bid teams and developing their skills and capabilities.
- Taking part in or leading cross-functional initiatives across the organization to support the unit's goals.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 14+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience.
- If a Master's degree has been completed, then a minimum of 11 years' experience related to the job description is required
Preferred Qualifications: - Business understanding: The ability to understand the client's needs and challenges and to engage them in a large-scale Finance and Accounting Transformation (F&A)/GBS project.
- A deep knowledge of the Finance and Accounting (F&A)/GBS transformation landscape and the latest trends and best practices
- The ability to identify win themes and link them to the proposed solution.
- A proven track record of providing CFO advisory services and delivering value-added outcomes.
- A good understanding of digital/AI solutions and how they can enhance the F&A/GBS functions.
- The ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and influence their decisions.
- The ability to work with a diverse and cross-functional team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
