In This RoleThe Power Apps Developer will design, develop, and support scalable Power Platform solutions that improve business processes and operational workflows. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into user-friendly applications, automated workflows, database solutions, and actionable reporting. The role follows a hybrid schedule requiring three onsite days per week in the Puget Sound, Washington area.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
- Build and enhance Power Automate workflows for process automation and system integrations.
- Develop and optimize Azure SQL objects, including stored procedures, views, functions, and queries.
- Integrate Power Platform applications with Azure SQL and other enterprise systems.
- Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing Power Platform applications and workflows.
- Apply appropriate application lifecycle management, security, and governance practices.
- Deliver assigned solutions accurately and within established timelines.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Prior experience supporting this client's environment is required.
- Extensive hands-on experience developing Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
- Strong Power Automate development and workflow-automation experience.
- Advanced SQL programming skills, including stored procedures, views, functions, query development, and performance optimization.
- Strong experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure SQL and other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of Power Platform application lifecycle management, security, and governance.
- Strong problem-solving, requirements-gathering, and stakeholder-communication skills.
- Ability to work a full-time, Monday-through-Friday schedule in a hybrid environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience developing Power Platform solutions in a large, complex enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable, intuitive applications supporting operational workflows.
- Experience troubleshooting and improving existing Power Platform solutions.
- Proven ability to manage deliverables independently and complete work on schedule.
- Strong collaboration skills in a hybrid, cross-functional environment.
CompensationAt Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market.
For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $120,000 to $130,000 per annum. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
