• Ensure policies are practical, scalable, and effectively implemented across base and wing operations

• Influence divisional priorities through expert research, analysis, and risk-informed, evidence-based policy guidance

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDEDEducation, Certifications and Licenses Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Policy or related field AND some years of experience in policy writing, or a related field
Experience In developing, evaluating, interpreting, revising and applying policies, procedures and legislation
In analyzing and synthesizing information
In researching, drafting, implementing and evaluating policies and procedures
In project management
In providing advice and guidance
Competencies Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTSEnglish Essential or French Essential. Bilingual (English and French) an asset
