Senior Policy AnalystPosition OverviewThis position conducts comprehensive research, analysis, development, and management of complex policy initiatives impacting cybersecurity, digital forensics, cyber operations, and enterprise programs. The role develops policy recommendations, manages complex policy projects, engages stakeholders, and supports enterprise governance and performance measurement activities.

Required Qualifications- Experience developing/managing policy for DAF/DoW in forensics, cybersecurity, or cyber threat analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
- Proven experience communicating effectively across all organizational levels in written and oral forums.
- Comprehensive knowledge of policies impacting cybersecurity, forensics, cyber training, and system development.
- Familiarity with National Cyber Intelligence programs.
- Knowledge of DoW and U.S. Intelligence Community resource planning policy.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting cyber operations, intelligence, digital forensics, and enterprise governance initiatives.

- Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials.
- Represent DC3 in meetings, forums, and working groups.
- Maintain policy documentation and records.
- Support enterprise policy development and performance measurement activities.
