Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in MEP plumbing design/consulting.
• Experience in team leadership and management.
• Project management experience within MEP.
• Knowledge of IPC/UPC and IBC standards.
• Understanding of building codes and thorough design system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead plumbing system selection and design on multiple projects.
• Prepare plumbing drawings, sketches, specifications, and calculations.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Manage and oversee plumbing design support staff.
• Conduct construction administration and site observations.
• Deliver exceptional service and support to colleagues and clients.
• Assist MEP team leaders with overall project management.
