What you will do:- Oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper production functionality as well as cost efficiency.
- Offers an opportunity to utilize one's technical manufacturing as well as program/project management skills.
- Manages plant transitions while driving best manufacturing practices across the business.
- This role will represent Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations in the various stages of the process by influencing designs for manufacturability, cost, and quality.
- This position offers and demands monthly executive exposure
- Ensures the engineering team works cohesively with all other departments.
- Reviews, evaluates and implements engineering changes and specification/code requirements.
- Manages staff in the day-to-day performance of their duties.
- Possesses extensive expertise and knowledge in manual and automated metal manufacturing processes involving machining, welding, fabrication, assembly, automation and testing.
What you will bring:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in manufacturing and/or quality engineering
- Project management experience and process improvement experience
- Prior leadership and/or supervisory experience in a manufacturing + automation + test environment of at least 3 years.
- Preferred proficiency with MATLAB, Tableau, Windchill, Creo, Minitab, and Microsoft Applications
Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:$113,600.00 - $161,945.00
