Who are you?

You are an experienced Senior Scheduler/Planner with infrastructure program experience a minimum of 8 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.

Job Description

As the Senior Scheduler/Planner you will be involved in:
  • Establish and maintain the project planning and scheduling framework, including procedures, baseline governance, reporting cycles, and schedule control metrics/KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain the WBS/CBS, baseline schedule, and integrated Master Schedule using inputs from designers, the CM, and contractors.
  • Prepare phasing and work package strategies aligned with the procurement strategy and key project interfaces.
  • Develop and optimize CPM schedules, and review third-party schedules for logic, critical path, risk, and overall reasonableness.
  • Define progress measurement methods, implement Earned Value Management, verify progress reporting, and issue the monthly integrated controls report (cost-schedule-risk).
  • Monitor schedule performance, assess variances to baseline, maintain schedule records, and recommend recovery or mitigation actions where required.
  • Assess schedule impacts of changes, maintain time-impact and supporting records, and support delay analysis, claims review, and dispute resolution.
  • Support integrated risk management, conduct site visits as required to validate progress, and contribute to continuous improvement of planning and controls processes.


Qualifications
  • A recognized relevant university degree is beneficial
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project controls, time/schedule management and project management
  • Extensive experience scheduling with Primavera P6 and OPC
  • Experience in Infrastructure Real Property projects and programs

Assets
  • PMP certification
  • Membership in relevant professional organizations
  • Experience of working in a consultancy or owner organization.

The base salary range for this full-time role is $98,000.00 - $148,000.00 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate's experience and qualifications.
