What You Will Learn:

A Senior Master Production Planner in the NLR factory manages the entire production process, balancing supply and demand. They analyze forecasts, inventory, and capacity to create and constantly adjust a master production schedule. This planner also manages material requirements, coordinates production schedules, and optimizes inventory levels, ensuring efficient workflow and on-time delivery of finished goods. They work closely with various departments, communicating plans and addressing potential issues to maximize efficiency and meet customer demand. Essentially, they ensure the factory produces the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time.

• 3+ years of prior planning experience in a high-performance manufacturing facility - cosmetics industry experience preferred.
• High proficiency in MS Excel is required, including data analysis, logic testing, and pivot tables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Must possess strong leadership skills with relevant experience in project management, manufacturing practices, and interacting with internal and external customers.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to planners contributing to their development within the team
• Must have strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage change, provide program management, and achieve results.
• Ability to develop short and long-range plans that meet established objectives and contribute to the overall goals and mission of the company.

1. Create and manage a 12-month production plan, validated monthly through meetings and presentations. Weekly planning adjustments to the plan, ensuring it adapts to demand fluctuations. Monthly capacity and saturation reviews trigger action plans as needed. This role also champions agility implementation for key products, collaborating with the sales and operation planning. Maintain accurate data and quarterly line cadence reviews ensure the plan's ongoing effectiveness and alignment with broader supply chain strategies.

2. Communicate any issues that could impact on-time, complete fulfillment of the production plan and affect service or inventory levels. This involves escalating critical problems and driving improved service levels within the factory. Engage in effective communication ensuring timely resolution of potential disruption and maintaining optimal service performance.

3. Monitor and analyze production performance. This includes evaluating the effectiveness of the production plan, identifying factors preventing ideal outcomes and tracking unit trends.

4. Oversee and optimize inventory levels for all materials including FGs, SFs, bulk. Monitor bulk batch sizes and expiration dates to prevent the generation of excess and obsolete inventory.
