The Role

Wood is currently recruiting a Senior Piping Designer to work on large scale brownfield offshore oil and gas projects in our St. John's Newfoundland office.

Responsibilities

  • Pipe design checking of 3D models, drawings and design of piping systems and equipment
  • Operate in a multidiscipline environment to complete large scale projects for our clients
  • Ensuring project schedules and client approved budgets are managed and met
  • Adhering to all HSSES requirements within the Piping department in accordance with Wood procedures and management systems
  • Ensure designs are in accordance with applicable codes, governing statutory regulations, Wood procedures, offshore installation specific design philosophies and meet project objectives and industry best practice
