Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in pipeline design within consulting or operating companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited institution.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) registration required; Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• Proficient in pipeline engineering software such as AutoPIPE/CAESAR II and others.
• Solid understanding of pipeline design codes and regulations, including relevant CFR regulations and ASME codes.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety-compliant work in both field and office settings, including vehicle operation.
• Collaborate with a multidiscipline team throughout the pipeline lifecycle from planning to decommissioning.
• Offer engineering support for routing studies and detailed mechanical design of pipeline systems.
• Conduct field investigations including surveys and environmental assessments for pipeline design.
• Manage engineering coordination for right-of-way acquisition on pipeline projects.
• Prepare essential project documents such as cost estimates and equipment bids.
• Engage in client interactions, aiding in project delivery and maintaining positive relationships.
