Job DescriptionThe Senior Philanthropy Officer raises gifts on behalf of the Foundation to benefit projects and programs for Covenant Health. The position identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards current and prospective donors - including individuals, corporations, and foundations. The Philanthropy Officer maintains a significant portfolio of donors in key service lines. Requires limited supervision/direction.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field from an accredited college/university Or equivalent educ/experience
- 5 years Experience in major gift fundraising for a health care organization or closely related industry.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
