As a
Senior People Business Partner, you will help define and drive the talent agenda for the Greenwood Personal Care Manufacturing Plant, partnering directly with senior leadership to drive business priorities, organizational effectiveness, and shape the future of the business and workforce. Reporting to the People Business Partner Director, you will serve as a trusted partner for Greenwood to influence growth and team performance. You will have the unique opportunity to drive large-scale organizational design and change management initiatives that shape the future of our global workforce.
Responsibilities- Frontline worker engagement: Lead culture enablement and people initiatives to motivate and inspire frontline workers to achieve organizational goals.
- Strategic Advisory: Partner with senior leaders to design and execute workforce strategies that align with long-term business priorities;
- Organizational Design: Lead complex organization design projects and large-scale change management initiatives that enhance agility and performance;color:black">Talent & Succession: Drive succession planning and talent development to strengthen the leadership pipeline and ensure future-readiness;color:black">Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced analytics and AI tools to forecast attrition, identify capability gaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes;color:black">Culture & Capability: Scale transformative enablers, focusing on leadership development, team effectiveness, and culture transformation;color:black">Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Global Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure global People programs resonate locally and drive engagement;color:black">Operational Improvement: Optimize People program delivery by integrating digital solutions and AI to enhance efficiency and strategic impact.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a proven track record in strategic business partnership
- Ability to navigate matrix organizations
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and influence decisions through data, insights, and sound judgment
- Technical proficiency in HR technology, compensation execution, and advanced Google Workspace
- Experience using AI tools to enhance HR strategy and operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications- Experience leading HR initiates for a frontline population in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
- Prior experience in CPG or FMCG sectors
- Experience in people management or leading cross-functional project teams
- Experience in another division or global function demonstrating enterprise mindset perspective
- Demonstrated ability to act as a consultative problem-solver with the "courage to challenge" and comfort navigating high-ambiguity environments
Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range $145,000.00 - $175,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
