You 2ll own the full recruiting lifecycle 6from understanding what a team truly needs to welcoming its newest employee-owner. 2You 2ll also help strengthen our recruiting processes, expand our talent pipelines, and ensure every candidate receives an experience that reflects who we are.

You 2ll play an important role in:

  • Recruiting talent who will strengthen our teams and contribute to our employee-owned culture

  • Creating onboarding experiences that help new employee-owners feel welcomed, prepared, and ready to contribute

  • Coaching leaders through growth, change, and people-related challenges

  • Strengthening employee engagement and the overall employee-owner experience

  • Identifying and implementing improvements to People & Culture processes

  • Supporting workforce planning and organizational growth initiatives

  • Using data and business insights to identify trends and recommend solutions

  • Helping leaders develop high-performing teams capable of delivering extraordinary results

What Success Looks Like:

  • You build trusted relationships with leaders and employee-owners at every level of the organization. 2You listen, ask thoughtful questions, and aren 2t afraid to have difficult conversations when needed.

  • You use data, business knowledge, and good judgment to solve problems. 2You embrace change, help others navigate it, and take action when you see an opportunity to improve.

  • Most importantly, you care about helping people succeed and creating an environment where employee-owners can do the best work of their careers.

  • You use recruiting data, market knowledge, and candidate feedback to improve results.

  • You actively build relationships and talent pipelines instead of waiting for applicants to find us.
