The Senior Payroll Operations Manager leads a regional team that delivers accurate and timely payroll for more than 3,000 employees across the Americas. This role plays a big part in improving payroll processes, building a strong and capable team, and partnering with HR and business leaders to keep operations running smoothly. In this role, the Senior Payroll Operations Manager gets to lead major process improvement efforts across the Americas payroll function, using their expertise to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance efficiency. You will apply deep knowledge of ADP and payroll best practices to strengthen end-to-end operations and ensure reliable delivery for more than 3,000 employees.
