In this role, the Senior Payroll Operations Manager gets to lead major process improvement efforts across the Americas payroll function, using their expertise to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance efficiency. You will apply deep knowledge of ADP and payroll best practices to strengthen end-to-end operations and ensure reliable delivery for more than 3,000 employees. - Demonstrated experience in US payroll operations, with prior exposure to ADP ideal and experience with LATAM payroll a plus.
- A motivational and empathetic leader with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Critical and strategic thinking abilities to drive the payroll function forward.
- Excellent skills in managing relationships across various stakeholders.
- Ability to identify opportunities and driving change.
