  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with leading organizations supporting high-potential math students such as National Math Stars (NMS) and Bridge to Enter Advanced Mathematics (BEAM)
  • Secure corporate sponsorships for signature programs like our Worldwide Online Olympiad Training (WOOT), developing compelling sponsorship packages and managing sponsor relationships
  • Cultivate relationships with foundations, donors, and grant-making organizations to create scholarship opportunities and subsidized access to our courses and programs
  • Represent AoPS at industry conferences, government meetings, and partner events
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful partnership implementation
  • Build and manage a pipeline of partnership opportunities aligned with company growth objectives

The ideal candidate has:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or related fields, preferably in education technology or youth-serving organizations
  • Experience structuring, negotiating, and closing complex partnership agreements across diverse partner types (institutional, government, corporate, or philanthropic)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, coordinating across internal and external teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Understanding of the mathematics education landscape, or eagerness to develop deep expertise in it
  • Familiarity with gifted education programs, enrichment ecosystems, or advanced learner communities is a plus
