We are looking for a Senior Partner Sales Manager - Cybersecurity to join our Central United States team in a fully remote capacity. This role requires combining an entrepreneurial sales mindset with partnership-based growth strategies. You will be responsible for owning a quota and driving measurable revenue through new-logo acquisitions and partner-sourced or partner-influenced opportunities. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with senior partner executives, co-develop go-to-market strategies, and position EPAM as a preferred partner for large-scale enterprise digital transformation projects. Req# [redacted] Responsibilities Lead the sales strategy and revenue planning for designated strategic partners Own a personal quota that combines new-logo and partner-generated revenue Develop a strong pipeline through direct outreach and collaborative selling with partners Oversee the entire sales process, from initial qualification to final deal closure Create joint account plans with partner field teams to align on shared opportunities Encourage partner organizations to prioritize joint initiatives with EPAM Facilitate impactful, value-driven conversations with clients using combined EPAM and partner offerings Implement joint go-to-market campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline outcomes Ensure strong governance over forecasting, pipeline visibility, and opportunity accuracy Leverage strategic partner funding and investment to accelerate shared success Requirements Over 10 years of experience in enterprise IT sales or business development, with a focus on acquiring new business Proven track record of achieving or surpassing personal sales targets Solid understanding of co-selling frameworks and partner-driven commercial approaches Demonstrated ability to manage complex, end-to-end enterprise sales cycles In-depth knowledge of leading technology ecosystems and alliance structures Skilled at engaging and influencing senior executives on both client and partner sides (C-suite) Strong capabilities in commercial negotiation and strategic planning Experience operating within global, matrixed organizational structures A degree in business, technology, or a related discipline Excellent presentation and communication abilities Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) Nice to have Background in managing revenue strategies built on alliances Experience executing co-funded, joint go-to-market initiatives Certifications related to major strategic partner ecosystems (such as leading cloud providers) Proficiency in multiple languages along with international sales exposure
