About the Role:

The Senior Partner Marketing Manager plays a leading role in driving channel and partner marketing strategies to new heights. Their extensive knowledge and expertise in marketing tactics empower them to lead and support partners in driving demand through highly effective joint marketing campaigns, co-branded collateral, and lead generation activities. With a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, they identify strategic opportunities for partner collaboration, fostering impactful joint marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing:
  • Partner marketing strategy and execution: Develop and implement integrated partner marketing programs that drive joint demand generation, brand awareness, and market expansion in collaboration with channel and technology partners.
  • Joint campaign development: Lead the creation of co-marketed campaigns, including webinars, events, digital programs, and content assets that highlight shared value propositions and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Co-branded content and collateral: Produce high-quality co-branded materials such as solution briefs, case studies, landing pages, and marketing toolkits that enable partners to effectively position and promote Camunda.
  • Partner collaboration and enablement: Work closely with partners to understand their business priorities, align on marketing strategies, provide enablement resources, and ensure successful execution of joint initiatives.
  • Lead generation and funnel acceleration: Manage programs that generate qualified leads through partner channels and ensure timely follow-up and pipeline progression partnering with Sales and Alliances teams.
  • Market and competitive insights: Monitor market trends, partner ecosystem dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partner collaboration and optimize marketing approaches.
  • Event and campaign orchestration: Support partner participation in industry events, field marketing activities, and regional campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall GTM strategy and consistent brand representation.
  • Performance tracking and reporting: Define KPIs for partner marketing programs, track performance, analyze outcomes, and deliver insights that drive continuous improvement and increased partner ROI.


What you bring:
  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on partner, channel, or alliance marketing in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • GSI marketing expertise: Demonstrated experience working with GSIs to develop co-marketed programs, align on industry-specific solutions, and activate GSI alliance and industry teams to generate enterprise pipeline and expand market reach.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple partner programs, campaigns, and deliverables concurrently.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with demonstrated ability to develop compelling co-branded content and messaging.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Alliances, Sales, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and motivate partners to execute joint marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tactics, campaign development, and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance, interpret data, and make data-driven decisions that optimize partner marketing efforts.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives forward with strong decision-making and ownership.

Compensation

We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.

The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:

United States: $124,200.00 to $200,200.00

United Kingdom: £78,000.00 to £128,200.00

Singapore: S$154,200.00 to S$231,300.00

Canada: C$131,800 to C$216,900.00
