Role

We're seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager for our Portfolio company to turn paid media investment into profitable growth. You will own campaign performance from strategy and setup through optimization, measurement, and reporting.

The role begins with Meta across Facebook and Instagram, then expands into channels such as Google, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Spotify, and Amazon when performance data and business needs support the investment. Success is measured through qualified demand, sales, acquisition efficiency, and profitability.

This is a hands-on senior individual-contributor role. You will work directly in the accounts, interpret performance daily, manage budgets, strengthen tracking, and build a disciplined testing practice.

You will partner closely with the Meta, Funnels & AI Performance Coach, Brand & Creative Director, Messaging & Copy Strategist, and teams across marketing and sales.
Responsibilities
  • Own paid media campaigns from planning and launch through daily optimization, beginning with Meta and expanding to additional channels based on performance and business needs.
  • Analyze channel and blended performance to improve CAC, ROAS, lead quality, revenue, and profitability while keeping spend on pace.
  • Maintain reliable measurement across pixels, tags, UTMs, conversion events, conversion APIs, server-side tracking, dashboards, and attribution analysis.
  • Run a documented testing roadmap across creative, audiences, bidding, offers, landing pages, and funnels in partnership with creative, copy, and performance stakeholders.
  • Deliver clear performance reporting, surface risks and opportunities early, monitor platform changes, and use AI tools where they measurably improve speed or quality.
Requirements
  • 5+ hands-on paid media experience owning Meta campaigns and at least one additional major platform, with accountability for meaningful budgets and business results.
  • Advanced analytical ability across advertising platforms, GA4, dashboards, and business data, with a record of turning performance signals into timely decisions.
  • Hands-on experience implementing and auditing pixels, conversion APIs, UTM structures, conversion events, and server-side tracking, plus a practical understanding of attribution limits.
  • Demonstrated discipline in designing, running, and documenting experiments, with the judgment to turn findings into stronger creative, messaging, offers, and funnels.
  • Clear, leadership-ready communication skills, current knowledge of paid platform changes, and practical experience using AI to improve repeatable workflows.
Results
  • Meta campaigns are fully owned and consistently optimized against agreed CAC, ROAS, lead-quality, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Monthly spend remains within 5% of plan, with material pacing risks identified and addressed early.
  • Tracking and conversion measurement are audited regularly, with major gaps identified, communicated, and resolved promptly.
  • At least two structured tests per active platform are completed each month, with hypotheses, outcomes, and next actions documented.
  • Weekly reports arrive on time, monthly reviews are delivered by the fifth business day, and quarterly channel-expansion recommendations include audience, budget, and test design.
Schedule
  • Full-time, with working hours aligned to U.S.-based team collaboration and campaign needs.
  • No travel is required.
Location
  • Remote, USA
Compensation
  • $80,000 - $100,000 base salary
  • The salary range may include multiple levels applicable to the position. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, expertise, and the level at which the candidate is hired. This range includes base salary only and does not include benefits.
Benefits
  • Unlimited PTO: Flexible time off after six months, plus company-wide holidays.
  • Retirement Plan: 401(k) with a 3% company match after six months of continuous employment.

  • Home Office Stipend: One-time stipend to establish a comfortable and productive remote workspace.
